Set in a Fairfield Beach area home, this restful room features a custom-made upholstered bed in a fresh shade of blue, and bedside tables with pale cane inserts. The midcentury side chair was the client’s own, and came with equally midcentury avocado green cushions. Newly upholstered cushions in a coordinating blue and white stripe breathe new life into the piece. Custom window treatments and a raffia chandelier add warmth and texture to the room while a soft-to-the-touch jute and metallic leather rug ground the entire space.
